Why YES, it is a personal project! I got married at the end of 2014 and had a chance to practice what I preach, specifically "there is no reason why you should not make every site be responsive." In designing and building my website for my wedding I made sure that it would be usable by any device, especially for people who would be coming from out of town and be checking it on many different types of mobile browsers.
